"THE SISTERHOOD" by Bindu

To me being a woman means that I have been initiated into a beautiful sisterhood. I can walk pass a woman I don’t know and just smile and she’ll smile back at me to acknowledge respect for the sisterhood. That smile says I acknowledge your beauty and true worth my sister! The sisterhood is a vibrant circle and community that shares a wealth of information to steer each of us on our own path. Women are connected to everything. We are one! Like it or not, I am you and you are me. Your life experiences could easily be mine and vice versa.

We have a responsibility to uplift and empower each other and be a constant reminder that we are never alone in our experiences. This world teaches us to separate and compete with the attitude that I am better, prettier, smarter, stronger and more loved than other women. I for one reject that teaching! No matter how things may seem, what we are going through and what we may be feeling from time to time, we can survive on Fem-Power!

Feminine power is a powerful energetic force guided by a pure, loving, nurturing spirit of strength and courage.

Fem-Power teaches us that we are here to shatter the illusion and negative programming that has been taught to us. Your joy is my joy! If you succeed then I gladly support and cheer you on! If you cry then I’m crying for you. If you hurt then I’m hurting with you. Whatever women go through we must rally around each other to show love, support, encouragement and compassion. We must protect the sisterhood by stepping into each other’s stilettos to feel everything, from comfort, style to the aches, the tight grip and pain from the cracks in the concrete that we walk upon.

This sends women a message filled with sincere loving and protective energy that says I am here for you my sister. We must be in harmony with our differences and celebrate how unique we are as individuals but also how amazing and courageous we are as women. This is the purpose of the sisterhood.

"THIS IS WHAT I DO" by Bindu

There will be many times in your life where you will need me for so many things. I know you desire to stand tall, do for yourself & be your own person. You may think how can I ask for anything when so much has been done for me. You may need me to show up, place a call, give a hug, a smile, offer comfort & provide support.

*This is what I do*

When that time comes & it surely will, I want you to know it is already done. Understand that before you ask, you were already thought of, so it is already offered, already given & already taken care of.

*This is what I do*

Lay your burdens down at my feet so I can wash your troubles away. I will lighten your heavy load to clear your path. When you don't understand life as you're bending your back & breaking your neck, trust in me. Trust that everything will be alright because I have been fully trained for this. I am skilled at loving you unconditionally.

*This is what I do*

Truthful communication is the best approach & a loving response will be the remedy for healing. You will make mistakes. You will fall & fail but I've been blessed with the most important role & responsibility a person can have. My purpose is to love you through it all. I will be firm in truth, firm in love & firm in faith of the greatness you will become. I will never doubt you only lift you up in love.

This is what I do!

Family is everything & the only thing that truly matters. The legacy I will leave behind is love & affection. I will always give the kind of love that sticks with you, leaving an imprint that never leaves but only heals you. My reward is pure joy in loving you.

*This is what I do*

Let that love trickle down into stories that will warm the hearts of the souls you connect with, fall in love with & share family with. I want everyone that is an extension of me to know that I am pure love. That is my wish for you. I love you unconditionally until eternity. Always have & always will.

*This is what I do*

"THE LITTLE GIRL WITHIN" By Bindu

I have never met a woman who didn't have something brilliant to contribute to society and the world. I've just met women who weren't aware that they possess the power to make a major impact on the world.

Unfortunately the reality is that females are born and bred to be exploited in some way. This global occurrence is so much of a norm that we now exploit ourselves without realizing the consequences of our actions.

Our living conditions and environment along with what the world will expose us to will always influence us. Girls are paying attention and acting out based on what they hear and see. Whether we want to acknowledge it or not, little girls are looking to be led from childhood throughout girlhood and well into adulthood.

There is nothing more heartbreaking to witness than that "LITTLE GIRL WITHIN" still struggling to gain the strength, knowledge and the wisdom needed to evolve into an empowered woman.

Her head should always be held high as the world acknowledge her for who she is, a beautifully divine woman of strength! A woman who missed out on her childhood, girlhood, her chance to become a well rounded young lady who deserves nothing but the best life can give her.

Now she's "GROWN".....A full grown woman yet still just a little girl within, who needs a chance to win as a woman and in life!

"PEACE IN MY PAIN" By Bindu

There is peace in my pain, sun in my rain, silence in my screams, creating new dreams to cure the illusion that I have chosen as reality.

There is satisfaction at my core, where my soul dwells, where my heart pumps a fluid called love and my spirit spins energy called light, beating down my dark side.

Plunging into the depths of who I've become, where emotions feel shattered releasing all of my fears that has scattered my confidence into tiny parts of her, she, me.

I've become many pieces to this puzzle called life, as I play it like a game of chess with no experience to drawn upon. Gripping courage to reflect on how I arrived at this daunting destination.

I am the "THE LITTLE GIRL WITHIN". I am the sinner and the saint, fighting to win as I bleed my shame in rhythms that carry notes of harmony, pulsating through each vessel and vein.

I flow forward towards healing, drifting away from hurt, as I turn my back on chaos to create internal bliss. I see freedom's arms wide open, offering me joy in a place called forgiveness, where I will not be shut out.

I will always be welcomed. Welcomed to let go of the past and forgive. I forgive her, forgive she, forgive me......she is me.

"FIXATE" By Bindu

Why "FIXATE" when you can "FIX HATE"? LOVE trumps hate all day...it's not even a competition! When you learn how to play the leading role in your life, then you can make peace with hate & move into your joy. I choose to fix the hate instead of fixating on hurt & pain.

If I start out loving you then it is impossible for me to end up hating you. I may hate how you've treated my love & kindness, I may be disappointed because I gave you all I had & was treated far less than I deserved. Maybe anger grew in me because I never knew your lies & betrayal would pierce my soul deeply. I never planned on hating you but I'm grateful love is the remedy to heal it. I will learn to stop giving away my valuable energy, time & thoughts knowing you cannot care for it.

My new focus is SELF-LOVE!

If you pay attention you will notice that the love flowing from me has nothing to do with you. It is simply my joy in living this gift called life. I loved you when you weren't worthy of it or maybe just not ready for it, but you taught me not to settle for it. I finally get the lesson in it!

I plan to wake up smiling & joyful because I deserve me at my very best & happiest. I choose to no longer be spellbound or held down by fears. Hurt will no longer chip away at my soul. I don't hate but love you, for showing me my strength, value & potential. I was beauty & love long before I met you! Thank you for reminding me to no longer sell myself short or play small. My hurt is fuel to light the fire within that I need so I can pour all of my loving energy into who matters most.... ME!

I don't know what lies ahead, but I know MY LOVE will FIX HATE!

"A Winner Girl's Worth" ~By Bindu

Every human being’s worth begins to form when they feel the creator’s love. Their development begins when the key to their life begins to nurture them. A woman’s worth should begin thriving after she is born and blessed to exchange that first look, touch and feeling of bonding and unconditional love with the first person who holds the key to her birth…. her mother.

When a daughter is blessed to experience a spirit building ritual from birth well into girlhood imagine what kind of woman she will develop into. If I had a daughter I would dedicate my life to molding her mind into a positive one. I would carve my life around hers and work tirelessly on her worth. We will be in knowledge and wisdom exploration together until she soars higher than I can dream or she can imagine.

The goal is to make the universe become her playground. There would be no lesson more important than for her to learn and understand the power of knowing her worth. She would have access to resources and tools to be prepare her for all she can accomplish and offer to her world. I would not only inform her of the world because there is much to learn but I would enlighten her on how to navigate her life with an air of empowerment, humility, courage and positive force.

Her outer shell will not define who she is because I would teach her the true meaning of what beauty actually is. I would teach her to be heard and to use her voice in a manner the reveals what lies within her core being. I would be her guiding light and the positive motivating force that reminds her she is a Winner Girl. Her goal is to win in life because losing is not an option but a lesson on how to come back stronger, go harder and be a fearless warrior loving the gift of life.

We would review our lessons for the day at each stage of her precious life, from birth before she can speak, during her childhood when she is fragile or weak, to girlhood where the world seeks to devour her in unimaginable ways, to young womanhood where the world will tap on her window to sneak a peek at who she’s becoming and then all the way into real womanhood where she will stand firmly upon her worth, humble and unapologetic.

I would teach her positive ways to filter influence so she does not allow it to penetrate her precious heart, spirit and soul. We would bond, build and read life’s stories and tales very well as mother and daughter. She would be raised to feed off real positive energy and see through masks worn to disguise truth and reality.

My main goal would be to create and instill an unbreakable sense of self ownership. She would learn very early that she’s here to conquer and not to be conquered. She is here to influence and not be influenced. She is here to be taught, question, learn and share by teaching.

I wouldn’t just bring her to dance class, I would dance with her. Sing life’s songs with her expressing every emotional high and low with a surge of where we come from, who we are and where we are going. She would understand that we come from love because we are God’s design and we are always going where victory leads us because I was born, she was born, we were born Winner Girls.
